Returns & Refunds Policy


All OBO Direct purchases can be returned at no cost with the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase
  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original product packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • Item(s) were not marked "Seconds" at the time of purchase, unless faulty

Simply package the product you would like to return and send an email to with the following:

  • Order number
  • List of item/s being returned
  • Reason for refund or exchange (wrong size / colour / product)
  • Details of desired replacement product/s
  • Return package dimensions & weight

We will assess your return request and if accepted we will email you a courier label for the parcel.  This can be dropped off at any NZ Post location.

You can expect an email reply to discuss the return and any further information needed for exchanges, purchase upgrades or refund.

Once we have received your returned parcel, we will notify you and confirm that the above criteria has been met (or not).

We will proceed with the exchange request and send your new product/s as soon as possible.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, however they are usually much faster.
